We have absolutely no idea what this is for. RoM-Welten database does not even have an icon, type, or description for it. It is highly possible this was intended to lead to another quest but the chain was broken in BETA. Based on the color displayed on RoM-Welten, I am guessing this is not really a physical item, but just a system flag masquerading as an item. The Dream in the quest journal does show it is Common, has an icon, and a description. This is all we know. For now, and with no proof, we are going to assume this item grants access to Arcane Chamber of Sathkur. |
