How do I get to General's Room the first time?: You must have at least one 
Ominous Piece of Bone in your inventory.
Please see Instance List for a table of all Instances, by the zone they are found in, and the quests that are involved with them.
The second and third subzones of Ystra Labyrinth each have a Crown Elite Dungeon Instance. This sub-subzone is the one that is accessed from Guards' Corridor, from the Guards' Corridor Entrance Hall.
To enter this instance The first party member to enter must be in possession of an Ominous Piece of Bone, dropped by one of the Steeds of Dread and others in Revivers' Corridor. Zone entry will consume Ominous Piece of Bone ×1.
This is the home of the Specter Guardian Creator.
