Just like the Scot military-man you are, squeezed into a dwarf-sized package, the longer you fight the stronger and angrier you get. It only lasts 5 Minutes, so get used to re-casting it frequently! We strongly recommend that, if you use a macro to pre-attack/attack you put this skill at the top of it to make sure it is always active.

Each successful normal hit adds 1 stack of  Forge Effect (+2.0% Physical Attack Power per rank). May be stacked up to 5 times.
