Spoiler Alert! We have some more information about how to perform this quest but recognize you might want to try it on your own before we tell you the secret...
The items are Unique. It is safe to harvest one you already have, as the duplicate will auto-delete. Once you have all four clues go talk to Maja Ironnail and figure out which is the Key Clue. At least for me the Key Clue was the Strange Feather.
