This quest becomes trivial above Level 12.
Summary
Help Avril by going to the Pioneers Mines to the west of Pioneers Colony and collecting some 
Carbon Stone to use in filtering water.
Details
It is really terrible. The spore contamination of our water sources has become too serious. The water quality is still not good enough, even after filtering. Plus, we have almost run out of the Carbon Stone we need for filtering.
I am still just too busy here. Can you do me another favor and go to the mine to the west and gather some Carbon Stone so that we can keep filtering?
You will have to go deep into the mine, where you will find Carbon Stone scattered about on the ground.
