In an area of volcanic activity we should see a heavier concentration of Ore nodes but we do not. Nothing like the concentration of Wood nodes in the woods outside Front Line Alliance Camp.

It is a good idea to drop some ink here as you will need to port back and forth to quickly do the quests for your level 70 Elite Skills. You should also drop some ink at the Sanctuary of Balance in Chrysalia for the same reason..
