This is Common armor and has no set bonuses.
Weapons (except the Eternal Shield) are sold by Weapons Merchants (Shop# 600556) in Splitwater Coast and Moorlands of Farsitan, such as:

- Baid Marrilow is at South Willow Manor

Honestly, the fact that the weapons are also sold in Moorlands of Farsitan is probably an error. There should be level 96 weapons in the Glorious set available there instead.
