Weapons (except the  Eternal Shield) are sold by Weapons Merchants in Splitwater Coast and Moorlands of Farsitan, such as: Staigo Targos is at Shadis Manor Dabiya is at Port Shard Baid Marrilow is at South Willow Manor Thamaka is at Northern Stronghold Torrey Jirais is at Palar Fields Dohr Roundear and Karwe Ammor at Heroica Fortress These are Common weapons and do not contribute to any set bonuses. Honestly, the fact that the weapons are also sold in Moorlands of Farsitan is probably an error. There should be level 96 weapons in the Glorious set available there instead.
