Summary

Take the Black Water that Treacherous Masheg gives you inside the bar, try to chat to every pirate in there, wait until they are distracted and then pour some Black Water into their drink. Find the man who wants to betray Treacherous Masheg and teach him a lesson. Return and find Treacherous Masheg.

Idle pirates often assemble in bars around here. These pirates were once my drinking companions, but sadly I've learned there are those among them who want me dead.

Haha, obviously I'm not going to let that happen. Take this bottle of Black Water made from Dry Demon Weed Juice and Deadly Poison Powder into the bar. Have a chat with every person, and when they're not paying attention, pour some Black Water into their drink. Wait until they've drunk it, then we'll know who is a friend and who will betray me...
