== Clothes == There are several different slots armor goes Every class can equip armor in these slots. *Head *Shoulders *Body *Hands *Legs *Feet Shoulders and head armor are not available to humans until higher levels, but can be obtained as quest rewards on Elven Island, the Elves' starting area. Armor comes in four different types, cloth, leather, chain and plate, which are restricted to certain classes. Classes such as Champions and Knights have access to most types of armor (Champions can't wear plate or shields, Knights can't wear talismans), but usually choose to wear the heaviest armor possible. * Cloth is the only option for Mages, Druids, Priests, and Warlocks. Other class combinations that deal magical damage, such as Warrior/Mages, sometimes wear cloth. * Leather is favored by Scouts and Rogues who are physical attackers. * Chain is favored by Warriors, Wardens, and Champions who are physical attackers. Classes that can wear plate, like Knights, sometimes wear chain at low levels, when plate is not yet available, or if they concentrate on dealing physical damage, such as when soloing. * Plate is favored by Knights, as well as Warden/Warriors and Warrior/Knights who tank for parties. In addition, all types of armor sometimes come in sets. A set will include armor that goes in several different slots, such as a helm, leggings, and body. This armor gives special bonuses for wearing multiple pieces of a set. See Item Sets. There are both talismans and shields. Both of these go in the off-hand slot, and cannot be used in combination with a 2H weapon or dual wielded weapons. Shields provide physical defense and tend to have tanking and healing stats, while talismans provide magical defense, physical defense to a lesser degree, and tend to have magical damage dealing stats.
