Summary

After opening the reward, you will get a  Rough Cloth Garment that has one rune slot, and an  Endurance Rune that you can embed into other items.

Please embed the rune into the  Rough Cloth Garment. Wearing that garment will then increase your maximum Hit Points.

Spoiler Alert! We have some more information about how to perform this quest but recognize you might want to try it on your own before we tell you the secret...
Even though the quest claims you must embed the rune into the  Rough Cloth Garment, the quest will update (and allow you to claim the reward) immediately after you accept it, so there is no need to waste this rune if you feel it would be better used elsewhere.

Embedding Runes
Some equipment has rune slots. When you obtain a suitable rune, you can embed it into an item that has a rune slot in order to enhance the item.

To embed a rune, right-click on it. The cursor will turn into the embed icon. Then right-click again on an item that has a rune slot to embed the rune.

However, no item can have two identical runes. Also, inserted runes cannot be removed. Take this into consideration before embedding any runes!
