There are a group of quest-giving NPCs that you met first as patrons in the Pig in a Pond Pub in Tomara. You must out-drink them to convince them to go find a different watering hole to live in (i.e. THIS one).

When you see them here, Nik Gushiya and Banat Shin'ge are having an argument. If you wait until they are finished, Nik Gushiya will ask you to retrieve a sword from the Night Bar, in Dimlane District, using a Skull Ring.
