Recipes to craft the Head, Chest, Feet and Shoulder pieces are sold by Dashi Fenn [Black Codex] at Wall of Patrace for 15,000 240 . Each recipe requires a rare drop from mobs in Belathis Fortress, such as a  Desny Metal Stone (Leather, Chain, and Plate) or  Green Fibre (Cloth).
