There are 2 records in the database. 101393 is always level 35 and can Drain Life+160, while 102148 may be 35 or 36, uses Drain Life+45, and can drop the 
Broken Spirit Element to update [Daily] Supplementary Research Material. Other than Drain Life level and Broken Spirit Element there is no other difference. We suspect the second record is only found in one limited area, while the first one is everywhere else.
