This mob is a member of the group collectively known as Ice Dwarves.

| Wearing a white apron and wielding a knife at the Kingdom Ruins Bar. That's the ice dwarf chef. He is the vice manager and his family name is "Hairyfoot". Though this doesn't mean that he necessarily has to have hairy feet, facts show that his feet are actual quite hairy. |
This monster has a Monster Compendium card, 
Card - Crasset Hairyfoot, that can be earned by killing it and looting the corpse. You can right-click the card to copy it into your Monster Compendium. Do the same to remove the card from your Monster Compendium.
Keeping this card in your Monster Compendium will grant a stat boost of +2 Dexterity so long as this card remains in your book.
