You need to be at least Level 60 to turn-in this quest.
This quest is repeatable should you raise a new class to 60.
Talk to Parma Liort in the Obsidian Stronghold Crafting Square, and complete Heart without Fear for Parma Liort to receive a 
Beacon of Courage. Parma Liort should now give you a list of 5 targets. Kill any of the five, 3 times, and confirm by using the Beacon of Courage after each kill to receive a 
Proof of Valor each time. The five targets are:
- Hippogriff King Wodjin (level 57) or Furious Wodjin (level 75) in Thunderhoof Hills
- Blind Hackman (level 58) or Resentful Hackman (level 75) in Southern Janost Forest
- Spider Priestess Mandara (level 63) or Resentful Mandara (level 75) in Land of Malevolence
- Targonharl (level 70) or Furious Targonharl (level 75) in Tergothen Bay
- Lagusen (level 70) or Furious Lagusen (level 75) in Tergothen Bay
Yes, these are all World Bosses and will probably require a raid (or a few much higher-level friends) to go after. The good news is that those that CAN farm these mobs frequently sit on the corpse and call out in World Chat to all who need the update to come and get it. If handled properly, the corpse can be held for a good, long time.
You do not need to kill 3 bosses to complete this. When a boss is dead, have a 3rd person, who does not need the quest, loot the boss and hold loot open. Then have everyone who needs the first Valor click on boss and then click on badge. This will complete 1 of 3 valor's. Then everyone who needs the second valor will need to duel someone close to boss and lose. When the 10 minutes is up on the badge, click boss and then click badge, you will get 2 of 3 valor's. At this point you need to duel and lose 1 more time, same as before. Then after the 10 minutes is up, click boss and click badge, you will now have all 3 valor's to turn in.
At least on MY server, one player or another who is capable of soloing these bosses will call out on World channel when the boss is down (usually Spider Priestess Mandara), calling all who may need their 60 Elites to come get your Proof of Valor.
Take the Proof of Valor ×3 to Laath Tawan to receive a 
Proof of Progress.
DO NOT USE/OPEN/READ THE BOOK, Proof of Progress! Hold onto it 'til you reach 70/70 and use it then to bypass the test/quest for your level 70 Elites!
This is considered an EXPLOIT and should not be discussed on the forums or the official RoM Discord chat. The ONLY reason I mention it here is that, as a solitary player, it is very difficult to complete this task as intended.
