Summary

Look for Inmakat in the Muttering Forest, use the Lyoth Engraving to get the Inmakat's Dark Core. Next pour the Cleansing Bottle's liquid on Inmakat. Take the Inmakat's Dark Core back to Ayesha.

Spoiler Alert! We have some more information about how to perform this quest but recognize you might want to try it on your own before we tell you the secret...
Both items MUST be used while you are NOT in combat! The Cleansing Bottle may be used after the spider is dead, but you must sneak up on him and use the Lyoth Engraving before the fight starts! You will need to get near him, but behind a tree so he cannot see you, then when he turns to move away from you, run up as close as you can and use the Lyoth Engraving.
