Summary
Near the transport portal by the Haven of Departure, ask the airship assistant, Anshikilin, about the Ailic's Community.
Details
Recently a group that called themselves "Ailic's Community" arrived on the island. With them were humans, goblins, minotaurs... every kind of creature.
The strangest part was that after Principal Kayfadeen conferred with them, they suddenly setup an eerie stone portal outside the Haven of Departure. Rumor has it that this stone door thing can transport things to Candara? A competitor of mine!?
I asked the airship assistant, Anshikilin to go ask about it, but he still hasn't returned. Can you go there for me, look for Anshikilin and ask him what the heck is going on?
