This quest becomes trivial above Level 107.

Summary

Go to the Frost Camp and destroy Cibel the Mediator from the Inexorable League. Bring the magic crystal that was used to proclaim the prophecy of the oracle to Kerley Hill so that he can obtain proof that it was only a fake.

Goals: Kill Cibel the Mediator (99 Elite) at Frost Camp.
