This group is about the Gathered Souls Magic Formations and the Dark Ritualists that labor there.
Each Spirit Core has a group of four spellcaster Dark Rite disciples standing around it, feeding energy to it. Recommended order for killing is on the Spirit Core page.
Unless you draw Aggro these mobs will not initiate combat with you. You can safely move right through the middle of their circle without drawing their ire.
These Spirit Gathering Ceremonial Circles are involved in several quests in this area:
- [44][Public] Reduce Casualties to a Minimum! But... - Complete one of the following objectives:
- [50] Provide Assistance - Enter Inferno Gardens and destroy 3 Spirit Cores

Some festivals have a bug that causes these mobs to stop respawning so, once they are dead, the above tasks and quests cannot be completed until the festival changes. This is a known bug and I have been told it is unlikely it will ever be fixed. Ogest sometimes shares this bug. |
Festivals that do NOT have the above bug (i.e. the Disciples DO appear) follows:
- Autumn Banquet
- Music Festival
- Flower Festival
- Anniversary Celebration
- Crafting Festival - The Disciples may reappear after a patch or maintenance day but are unlikely to last
- Spring Rain Festival
Festivals that DO have the above bug (i.e. the Disciples DO NOT appear) follows:
- Autumn Banquet (When they turned off the special instances the bug reappeared)
- Snowflake Festival
- Festival of Fire
- Crafting Festival
If they are not around but you still want to do the quests/tasks that require them, you can ask in the Official RoM Discord general channel and, if a GM is around, they can manually create a bunch of these mobs for you to kill (but they will still not respawn normally).
