Most zones have only ONE Regional Event Quest, though there are exceptions.

Regional Events are infinitely repeatable by all players within the Region. In all zones they reward Energy of Justice Energy of Justice based on your participation in the Event (measured by your Public Event Points Public Event Points, usually Energy of Justice Energy of Justice ×1 perPublic Event Points Public Event Points ×300).

Just a word: Originally, any Public Quests contribution of Public Event Points Public Event Points you handed in during the "reset timer" would be lost into the void. At some point, they snuck in an update to prevent this. Now, if the reset timer is active, a message saying "MAINTAIN THE STATUS QUO" will be seen and the NPC will refuse to accept the turn-in until the Event restarts.

These Events are not required for story progression, and are not counted for Completionista Status, but they do move a part of the background story along.
