Note: The Novice instructors at Heffner Camp do NOT sell Rare "Plank" recipes, and this may be true on Elven Island and in Yrvandis Hollows as well (unverified). We have confirmed that the Instructors in Varanas Lower City East DO have all 3 grades of recipes.
