An Animation is an item or object given a semblance of life by the habitation of an Undead spirit. Most commonly, the item is a suit of armor and this should NOT be confused with a Rune Guardian.
The difference between an Animation like Androlier's Prisoner and a Ghost like Baron Gelsor is one of guiding intelligence. Baron Gelsor is still the man, memories, and motivations he had in life, while Androlier's Prisoner is simply rage seeking destruction.
