To find this mob in-game, use BACKSPACE to open the World Search window, then enter Carphil in the Search field and click "Search". Remember, the field is case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as shown.
Carphil is not in the city. He is located to the southwest of the city. Look for an icon of a windmill (aka Goblin Farm) on the map. It's directly above the path that leads south to Howling Mountains. See the attached image.
