With so many new adventurers like you coming in recently, I can barely handle making all the new equipment!
The Heffner sisters asked me to prepare some runes, but procuring runes isn't like buying eggs at the market. Where can I find them at the last minute?
Phirius Merchants, those nasty profiteers said they have some basic runes, but having dealt with those Phirius guys before I suspect it's just old stock. But it's better than nothing. Unfortunately, I break out in hives just from looking at those black-hearted people. Who knows what would happen if I had to actually talk to them.
