His {{skilllink|Poisoned||ISS}} is ranged (100')! If you can root him at max range (150') you can prevent the poison. His poison lasts for 15 seconds and deals 122-126 damage per tic. As a {{classlink|Mage}}, if you toss {{skilllink|Flame}} at max range then follow with {{skilllink|Fireball}} and {{skilllink|Flame}}, he will only get {{skilllink|Poisoned||ISS}} off occaisonally.

*[[Rogue]]'s {{skilllink|Hide}} (fails as soon as you approach one)

[[Rogue]]'s {{skilllink|Sneak Attack}} can be used if you press it from just outside of his aggro range so that the skill moves you into range and strikes. This is the ONLY way I was able to stun and drop this mob without a real fight (as a 37 Rogue/Priest).
