You need to be at least Level 58 to turn-in this quest.
Summary
Open all the dropped Bottles in the Battlefield of Steel and find the one that holds the 
Password Paper.

It takes time. Just keep opening  Seemingly Normal Bottles. Be sure that, IF you find a  Message in a Bottle, you read it to start [66] Message in a Bottle! We do NOT think it is a specific Bottle that drops the Password Paper. It should be random. |
