Fresh Wolf Hearts and place them on the Magic Stone Circle in the Barrow. Then kill the summoned demon and bring the 
Demon Blood to Katrina.

Furganda asked us to work together to deal with the problem of the rune mark. I found what the rune mark means; now you have to seal the Magic Stone Circle for good.
Don't worry, it's very easy! I will tell you exactly how to do it. First, you must summon the demon by triggering the Magic Stone Circle. Then you must kill it and bring some of its blood to me. After I have treated the blood, you will be able to seal the Magic Stone Circle by dropping the treated blood on it.
To trigger the Magic Stone Circle, you must first prepare the living hearts of 10 creatures and place them on the Magic Stone Circle. There are many wolves in Barrow that are suitable for this task.
