Pre-requisite: Blacksmithing skill level 80

Summary

According to the requirement of Rusttile Kasa, craft  Rare Heavy Golden Axe and  Rare Copper-Spiked Dagger. He will check your works and decide if you have the talent to become a legendary weapon master.

As with all of the similar Crafting Advancement Quests, you are not required to produce the required item yourself. You can steal it off a dead Orc, buy it on the Auction House, or beg it from a friend. So long as the required item is in your inventory when you report back to your Instructor.
