Blackie is a named Black Rock Scorpion found in various locations in Dust Devil Canyon. Just click on him to use 
Blackie's Bamboo Cage and get Blackie in Bamboo Cage.
Possible locations Blackie has been seen:
- 41.8, 68.2 southwest of Kal Turok Hive
- 50.3, 72.5 south of Order of Dark Glory Garrison
- 56.3, 62.9 west side of the Chasm Bridge
- 47.4, 67.6 ssw of the camp, west side of the road (which camp?)
- 57.6, 68.7 southeast of camp near dropoff to Valley of Scars
