When you hail one of the Captains you need to help him fight a wave of attackers.
This quest can bug and cause repeated client crashes. This is a well-known bug, and once it bugs it will continue to cause crashes. Report the bug and ask for a server reset. Do the quest quickly after the restart because it will eventually bug again!
