You need to be at least Level 44 to turn-in this quest.

Summary

Use the  Curdling Stone to travel to Tiyana's hiding place. When you are there, do your best to defeat the adventurers tempted by Tiyana.

Eventually, they become aggressive. You can attack, but when you defeat them they just become non-attackable and they leave. Use the  Curdling Stone again to return to Hero's Tomb.
