Now that you have permission to use the roads, simply step out onto the lava in the middle of the Infernal Gate to be transported to Kelotobeto the Flame Devil (northwest of Boiling Blood Outpost).

After you complete [55] The Missing Pieces you will get the choice to portal to Falrasian (Devil's Mouth) or Kelotobeto (Boiling Blood Outpost).
