Summary
Go to the Oblivion Shrine in Tagena, transform the 
Dreamland Crystal at the altar there, and then give it to Wooky.

Details
I can feel it... This Dreamland Crystal comes from a place where there is no life and no substance. It is the legendary Ancient Dreamland created by the Demonkin, a land that exists only in dreams...
The spirit of Wooky originated from this land. He cannot escape this nightmare, so he is unable to be rid of his nightmares. But using this crystal from the Ancient Dreamland, I can block their influence on Wooky for the time being.
To do this I will need the help of the power of the Ancient Kingdoms. You can go to the Oblivion Shrine in Tagena. The altar under the ancient statue their has the power to transform this Dreamland Crystal...
Take this Dreamland Crystal there. Do as I tell you, and do not stray too far from the altar during the process. Be careful. The ancient guards which patrol the place do not take kindly to those who try to use the ancient power. They will try and stop the ceremony.
When it's complete, take the transformed Mutated Dreamland Crystal and give them to Wooky. It will give him peace of mind for a time...
