This is a Regional Event. This means that it is infinitely-repeatable. Progress depends on successful completion of each step. All players in the region may participate and all contribute to task completion. If time expires without completion then it goes directly to the final or cooldown task before the event begins again. Rewards are given at the end of each phase dependent on participation.

Regional Events are infinitely repeatable by all players within the Region. In all zones they reward  Energy of Justice based on your participation in the Event (measured by your  Public Event Points, usually  Energy of Justice ×1 per Public Event Points ×300). Just a word: Originally, any Public Quests contribution of  Public Event Points you handed in during the "reset timer" would be lost into the void. At some point, they snuck in an update to prevent this. Now, if the reset timer is active, a message saying "MAINTAIN THE STATUS QUO" will be seen and the NPC will refuse to accept the turn-in until the Event restarts.

Just before the encounter begins, the following message will be broadcast zone-wide:

The Rothrock Transport Team has nearly reached Sternhorn!

The entire fight takes place just outside of Sternhorn. Your job is to assist the Heavy Transport Team Member [Heavy Transport Team Members] by protecting the Supply Cart from the Robber Barons!

Ambush of the Robber Barons

2. Mighty Robber Baron Attack!
   • Rout the Depraved Robber Barons! (Degenerated Robber Baron and/or Depraved Robber Baron) (30, 3 points per kill)

   • Eliminate the Robber baron Leader Fendus (57 Elite)

The final encounter leader is 57 Elite. When he dies, all the other robbers run away in confusion (ending the encounter).
