Each Ring has 1 rune on it, with 2 Stats. It has a 10% chance to get an ORANGE (rarity 3) Stat (Treasure Table 727364 or Treasure Table 727365). IF it does NOT, there is a 100% chance that it will get a GOLD named Stat with the listed Primary Stat and a lesser secondary. Also, they do NOT need a  Mystical Key and they are NOT Bound!
