You need to be at least Level 53 to receive this quest.
You need to be at least Level 47 to turn-in this quest.
This quest becomes trivial above Level 63.

Summary

Keep your guard up while in black snake camp and steal a bucket of  Ankylar Oil for Ganoda.

Spoiler Alert! We have some more information about how to perform this quest but recognize you might want to try it on your own before we tell you the secret...
After you click on the barrel of Ankylar Oil nothing happens, it is too heavy. Wait, and a moment later a Naga Lunatic approaches, makes fun of you for being so weak, and moves the barrel for you! It is not listed in the possible rewards, but when you complete this quest Ganoda gives you Strong Healing Potion ×5.
