If you have less than Transformed Fragment ×8 when you use the Mysterious Rune Instrument it will change all that you have into parts you are missing. If you have all Transformed Fragment ×8 you should get everything you need, but if not gather some more and change them until you get the 8 you need. When you are done, talk to the Mysterious Rune Instrument to reassemble Alice Napuks into a new... body.
