Summary

Take the Tempting Fish Head and sneak up on Tillian Coppertooth as close as you can. Then put the fish head on the floor to tempt a Cat. That way you can help Tillian Coppertooth relax a bit.

Spoiler Alert! We have some more information about how to perform this quest but recognize you might want to try it on your own before we tell you the secret...
You need to be behind Tillian Coppertooth and practically on top of him when you use the Tempting Fish Head. He will cry out, and a bunch of cats will appear and surround him.

Event Daily quests are repeatable, but only once per day unless a  Festival Repeat Ticket is used.
