According to Vankelo's letter. it seems he found some patterns etched deep in Barren Caves. Apparently, he felt that the patterns he saw was similar to that on Milaya's necklace, which he wants me to confirm.

However, Milaya's was abandoned when she was very young, and so is very cautious towards others. I think the one person who could help us with this would be Dell, her adoptive father.

Can you bring the Drafting Paper to Dell, and ask him about her necklace?
