The point you need to reach to investigate the noise is INSIDE Morfan (65.9, 49.5), so before you can complete this quest, you must gain access to Morfan.
Once you have access, enter Morfan and look at your map for the point you need to reach. There are 2 Elite mobs that path right through it. This is like jumping rope. Watch the mob's movement pattern and, when they both are away from the point you need, rush forward and wiggle around until you hit it, then get out fast.
