This is a loot table in the RoM database, but according to those with access to the raw data this table number does not appear in ANY treasure list and most of the items in this table have been removed from the game.
A guess is the equipment listed was deemed OP and was removed at some point and is no longer available except to/from those that already had one. Given the level this is unlikely
A better guess is that this table of loot was available only from ONE Boss and the boss was removed from the game because his mechanics were busted making this loot table an orphan record.
